2 Months!

We made it to two months, and, as you can see, Lucinda looks more like a real little person every day. She is a happy, mellow baby who loves her big sister, crying, eating, sleeping, and not a lot else. We knew she was advanced, and we were right: According to the doctor, Lula is at a "4 month old smiling level".

Introducing...

We are so excited to announce that on Friday, December 25th, 2009 at 9:33am, Santa Claus brought us one heck of a stocking stuffer: Lucinda Mae Seifert weighed 7lbs., 8.5 oz., (or 3lbs, 72.4 oz) and was 19.5 inches long. She loves mamas milk, long naps, crying, and burping. Sophie is excited to have a little sister, and by "excited" we mean totally confused. In no time, we are sure they will be teaming up to hide things that we are looking for and really need.

Mother, Father and baby are home and doing excellent.

Trick or Treat

This was Sophie's second Halloween, but most likely the first one she really enjoyed.
Sophie's friend Henry.
Sophie was very excited to meet Elmo.

Mommy pushes Sophie on Halloween night.
Sophie's first official Trick or Treat!
She doesn't realize that some of these things are supposed to be scary.

Atwater Village Street Fair

Not too long ago, we went to the Atwater Village Street Fair. There was a lot to look at.
Like a couple of drunk people crashing a Brazilian Dance demonstration.
Is "1%" his blood-alcohol level?
I made lots of new friends.
Almost everybody seemed happy to be there.

There was also a more intimate dance demonstration.
It wasn't all dancing and sad people in balloon hats, there was also lots of music. A DJ...
And bands...
My parents got a homemade cookie-ice cream sandwich. Dad took a picture of it, then mom made fun of him for always taking pictures of his food.
Dad also enjoyed some free wine.
Me and my buddy Henry got free balloons.
